Kriya Management Group ("Kriya," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at kriyahotels.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected through the Site only — not to information collected at individual hotel properties, which is governed by the respective brand and property privacy notices.

Information you provide

We collect information you submit through the forms on this Site, including the general contact form, the partnership and development inquiry forms, the group-housing inquiry form, the investor inquiry, and the careers application. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, company or contractor name, role of interest, preferred properties, dates, room counts, and any message you choose to send. For careers applications it also includes your resume (uploaded file), LinkedIn profile, earliest start date, US work authorization, and how you heard about us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may collect log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is used to operate the Site, measure usage, and protect against abuse. We may use cookies or similar technologies for these purposes. • Vercel — hosting, content delivery, edge functions, and Vercel Blob storage (used for storing uploaded resumes)
• Resend — transactional email delivery for form submissions
• AppFolio Investment Management — investor portal services (used only for existing investor partners who sign in to the portal)

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kriya, our team, or the public.

How long we keep information

We retain inquiry data and applicant data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, evaluate a candidacy, satisfy our legal obligations, or defend against legal claims. When the purpose has been fulfilled, we delete or anonymize the information consistent with our retention practices.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided to us by emailing the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA). We will respond to verifiable requests consistent with applicable law.
