These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of kriyahotels.com (the "Site"), operated by Kriya Management Group ("Kriya," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About this Site

This Site is a corporate marketing presence for Kriya — a privately held hotel owner-operator headquartered in Grapevine, TX. The Site provides information about our portfolio, how we partner with owners, capital partners, and developers, careers at our properties, news from the business, and ways to get in touch.

The Site is not a booking platform. Reservations for properties in the Kriya portfolio are handled directly by the respective brand systems (Marriott, Hilton, etc.) or by individual property vanity sites. Any rate, availability, or booking commitment you may seek is made through those systems and is governed by their own terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, layout, photography, logos, and marks — is owned by Kriya or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.

The Marriott, Hilton, and brand-family marks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used by Kriya as a licensed operator of those flagged properties.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or related infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Interfere with the Site's operation or with other visitors' use of the Site
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site without prior written permission
• Upload any file containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Submissions through forms

When you submit information through a form on the Site (contact, careers, group housing, investor, or other), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. By submitting a resume or other application materials, you grant Kriya the right to review, store, and act upon those materials for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party websites including brand-flag pages (marriott.com, hilton.com), vanity sites for specific Kriya-operated properties, and our AppFolio investor portal. Kriya does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Kriya does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Rates, room counts, distances, and similar facts shown on the Site are indicative and may change without notice; only confirmations issued through the respective brand or property systems are binding.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kriya and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if Kriya has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Kriya's total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kriya and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a revision indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
